The oven in our house is older and very small. I joke that I've had Easy-Bake Ovens that were bigger. So with each large family meal I'd struggle to cook the meat and sides to all be warm at the same time. NO sides can fit in the oven with a ham or turkey cooking. Three days before Thanksgiving I had an epiphany to look at countertop cookers. This one was the only one that I found at any store that would get to me in time. I am so grateful it was! The turkey (16 lbs) cooked beautifully at 350, then reduced to 325 after about 1.5 hrs, for a total of 3 hrs. It was beautifully browned, and super tender and moist (It was a brined, and injected turkey). This oven allowed me to cook ALL of the sides to finish perfectly at the same time as the turkey. We did use the provided rack, which came in very handy to remove the turkey to carve and to get the drippings (I did add 3 cups of turkey broth to the pan prior to starting the oven with the neck). It cleaned up easily and we stored it in the box it came in, in the garage. We highly recommend! I'm very excited to no longer struggle with large meals anymore!
