Item arrived damaged in shipping, the company immediately processed a warranty claim and replaced my shelter. Very happy with the warranty, I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. This shelter is made of a tent like fabric, not the heavier material of the original e-z up. Instructions were very basic and not for this specific model. It is very difficult to pack into the carrying case.
