Very Bad Product.

I tried to make this work but it just wouldn't. Sometimes it just cut out the little holes and no scalloped edges. Sometimes it wouldn't work at all. Sometimes it cut the scalloped edges but wouldn't cut the paper all the way thru. Very hard to line up too. Can't say enough bad things about this. Returning!
