Fantastic Support
We bought this faucet two years ago when remodeling our kitchen in Florida. We live on the water and Hurricane Ian storm surge flooded our home with over three foot of water. We wanted to reuse the faucet in our laundry room but the electronics were below water. Moen support went above and beyond and replaced everything we needed and even rushed the shipment to us. Bought another one of these for our new kitchen and love the functionality it provides and backed by the best! Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

State of the Art
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet is truly state of the art technology. I love the fact that I can simply turn on my water by the wave of a hand. Not only that, If my hands are full I can use the voice control features to turn the water on. This thing is amazing! Not only is it smart but it also looks amazing the Matte Black finish with the gold detail on the handle is extremely stylish and has already received lots of compliments. The faucet itself seems to be made of heavy metal construction and appears to be very rigid and durable. I see this does take 6 D cell batteries. I cant speak to the life of them yet but I hope they last for a while. Overall this appears to be a very nice, high end faucet!

Handsfree, fun!
Faucet is gorgeous! The gold handle provides a nice contrast and all together the faucet complements my dynamic countertop. This faucet was a replacement for an older one that had lost water pressure. Issue now resolved and even better with "Power Boost " feature. Love the motion control, very responsive. Also works with Alexa. I wasn't sure that it would work given the negative reviews regarding voice activation with Alexa app but it has been working well so far. Installation was easy. I wish the faucet's swivel wasn't restricted to 100 degrees rotation. The kitchen sink is a standard double bowl and the faucet's reach positions perfectly over the smaller bowl's drain but not so over the large bowl, however I was able to rotate the base a bit to correct but it makes the faucet appear slight off center. Good thing I don't have OCD. The secure docking and retraction of the pull down hose works ok but maybe the hose could've been a little longer or the weight heavier for a more brisk retraction and docking. Overall faucet is beautiful and works great with motion control and Alexa. Love it!
