I started taking these because I wanted something with better ingredients and iron that wouldn't absolutely destroy my stomach, and honestly I've been really impressed. The minis are SO much easier to take than giant vitamins. I also like that they include folate, choline, vitamin C, and iron all together without making me feel gross afterward. No weird aftertaste, no vitamin burps, and they don't leave me feeling nauseous like a lot of vitamins do. They're definitely more expensive than basic vitamins, but for something I can actually take consistently without dreading it, worth it.

My wife really likes these prenatal vitamins because their much smaller than their original ones and is packed with lots of needed vitamins and minerals that she needs. She breast feeds our son and needs the extra vitamins and ever since she switched to this brand, her hair almost stopped falling out. Whenever she showered, she would collect a little clump of hair but while being pregnant and now breastfeeding, she found these prenatal to take and they are great. She barely had any hair fall out while showering so that means this has everything her body needs and extra for our son. Very high quality prenatal vitamins.
