I gave this beet root a try and it knocked it to normal - ideal, ie 114/75 to 120/70s. It also gave me energy at 65. My only concern is the price. it varies from $26 to $45 range. Shop around. Buy yes, this works

Pleasantly Surprised by Great Taste

I purchased this because of the great reviews and I'm not disappointed. I was a little apprehensive because it contains stevia. I strongly dislike the aftertaste of stevia and usually try to stay away from products that contain it. However, the taste is very pleasant and I have a piece of fruit to eat ready after drinking it and the aftertaste doesn't bother me at all. I mix it in a small amount of room-temperature water and then add cold water. It dissolves and mixes easily this way. I can tell a difference in my energy level and that was why I purchased it in the first place. Very pleased.
