Mark at JenJewels was very accommodating and the product was received before expected!

This is the most stunning ring ever! I ordered for my engagement ring and wedding band seperately and couldn't be happier. They are stunning quality stones, very dainty and well made. The band itself is very thin and the stone sits up quite high but it doesn't catch on things. I ordered the wrong size by mistake and Tina was so helpful and friendly in allowing me to return it and she got it resized for me. 100% recommend and I will be recommending to everyone I know! UK buyers - Don't be put off by it coming from overseas- sent by Fedex, tracking is spot on for every step of the journey and they arrived in less than a week.

I absolutely LOVE this ring.

This is the second ring that I have bought from JenJewels and, once again, I was very pleased. They are very helpful with the designing of the ring and are prompt to return any questions that I had. The ring took some time to make (this was expected) and it was shipped very fast. I was very pleased with both experiences that I had and, most importantly, my fiance loved her ring.
