I was recently diagnosed with a B12 deficiency and opted for sublingual therapy over injections. I am methyl-B12 sensitive and suffer from heart palpitations so I did my research before beginning therapy and opted for a hydroxo-B12 supplement. I read many good reviews on this product and reached out to my doctor who had her pharmacist respond. After review, this product was recommended by the pharmacist at my doctor's office. I've only been taking it for one week but so far/so good. it dissolves easily under the tongue with no foul taste and I don't dread it. So far I have not experienced any negative side effects or increase in palpitations.
