All parts NOT inclided

When I recieved it I instantly put my camera and all of lenses inside only to find that they wouldnt fit. The listing says that you can fit an additional two lenses on the side. I was excited about getting a bag I can wear as a sling but THE STRAP DID NOT COME WITH THE BAG! :(
