Best customer service and best product.

It's not often that I leave a raving review but this product and seller deserves an outstanding review for such phenomenal customer service and product...First, the quality of the vinyl is top notch.Upon installation, which I found to be easy at first, I found myself struggling with 4th panel out of the 6.The 4th panel had some wrinkles on the back from packaging which I didn't think would affect installation but once installed it became a big problem and I just couldn't move forward.I immediately contacted the seller asking if i could buy the 4th panel and to my surprise Ken responded right away that a new one was being shipped to me, at no cost.Wow! Thank you! Thank you for your wonderful customer service...not only for sending me a new product right away but for a quick response too!Now my mural is installed and I couldn't be happier. It looks soooooo good.I installed on my children's playroom and already the mural took some abuse. To my relief I was able to clean it without issues.The image is clear and of high quality...I highly recommend this product and above all this seller. You wouldn't be disappointed.
