It's a beast
Was somewhat hard to start at first, but it was a new engine at 8000 feet elevation so it was a learning curve. Assembly was straightforward with parts numbered on blister card and instructions were easy to follow. As I assembled myself ( 2 hours as was well crated ) I needed my tractor to lift the slide piece on end. Did not purchase the optional cradles but they would be useful. It is a Beast and I tested the limits with 18 to 31 inch diameter logs but it split them as long as you pay attention to the knots in the wood! Could not beat Walmart's price with free shipping. Would I recommend? That's a no brainer!!!
