Each LOTO station can hold up to 200 TRADESAFE lockout tagout tags made of 15-mil thick vinyl. It can accommodate less than or more than that, depending on the material and thickness of the tag. Each tag holder is 3/4" wide and 3” long.

2. Does this LOTO board come with other types of tags?

As of now, our tag center only comes with 150 pieces of Danger Do Not Operate tags.

3. What types of pens or markers can be used for these tags?

These lockout tags are made of PVC Vinyl, which means ordinary pens will not work on their surface. The recommended types of pens are permanent markers, grease/wax pencils, and paint markers among others.

4. Can these tags be used outside a facility, where it may be exposed to rain or extreme heat?

Yes. These tags are weatherproof and waterproof. Each is made of premium PVC Vinyl, which is extremely resistant to moisture and humidity.

5. Do these tags meet the 50lbs pull strength as required by OSHA 1910.147(c)(5)(ii)(c)(2)?
