Not all Cartridges work

Only the yellow and Cyan worked. I repeatedly tried to get the other two colors to work and nothing. Cleaned Cartridges and aligned pronter multiple times to no avail. Black was the most important one I needed and wasn't able to use. Tried again a few days later and still nothing.
