Not happy, spending a lot of time to resolve issue

I was excited to order this item because the picture looks so beautiful. Unfortunately, the picture was very deceiving and the product looked nothing like the picture online. Also, I ordered six packages and they only shipped me five packages but charged me for the six packages of ferns. I return the five that I received to the store but now I have to contact the buyer to get my full credit refund for the six items instead the five that they shipped to me. They charged me for 6 and I still haven't heard from them regarding one of the items missing in the original shipment, which they have charged me.

Not the same as the picture

Picture does NOT represent what you actually get. I received one tiny, scrawny piece of this fake plant, not anything like depicted in the image. It would take approximately 20 pieces of what I received in order to look like the picture. TERRIBLE!
