Cons: Customer Service Pros: Easy to assemble, price, supporting slats are sturdier than most This bed itself is decent. It is easy to put together, delivers quickly, is sturdy and isn't bad to look at. It is very much on the generic hotel side of looks, which is fine but the picture makes it look prettier than it appears in person. Think a decent motel over simple classic look ike it seems in picture. The sideboards are sturdy along with the slats that support the mattress, and they didn't skimp on the construction of the slats either. The slats come with their own leg supports as well. So everything about this bed is a solid 4-5 star, except the customer service. Bed came with a very cracked headboard. Called Walmart immediately and they said no problem, they would send a new headboard. So we put the bed together and waited for the headboard, and were going to send the defective headboard back. However, got contacted by the company that sells the bed the next day, they said there is no way they can just send a headboard and that we would have to send the whole bed back. After a few back and forth conversations, they refund the money and we are to take the bed apart, send it back, and buy a whole new bed from them in replacement. We do that, new bed comes damaged as well and still have the old bed here waiting on pickup. Not worth the time and trouble to return the new damaged bed. Will just use until we decide to move or it does break, it didn't cost much. If Walmart was the maker of this bed, the return process would've been much simpler. Too much hassle to return a damaged product
