Garbage company

Not sure what kind of scam they have going but I received a "new" ps5 bundle that's entirely in Japanese making all the booklets and box useless. The console DOES work so far and looks fine but it was tossed into a box with zero padding, so this is a surprise it wasn't beat all to crap. Not sure if it is new or not, looks new and smells new. I am curious if walmart will take it back to exchange for one in English or if I have to attempt to get an exchange with this shoddy company.
