Bang for your buck
I missed the leather saddlebags available for earlier years and wanted to avoid the scuffing hard bag lids get and this was an affordable alternative. Regarding this item and compared to others online: This is a pair of leather looking vinyl covers with soft lining. Better than pulling a polyester cover and less difficult install than OEM covers with HD logo. The price was right so when it looked baggy after installed, I put my thinking cap on. There is a fold line across top during shipping. I applied a warm iron over a thin cloth and let the sun relax it more. It might look too big depending on seamstress, mine was snug at both ends but baggy top and sides. I bought 1” foam for top fill and I sewed 2 elastic straps underneath to pull sides in. It didn’t require removing hardware and It is a beauty.
