Better than coffee to start my day

Resveratrol is known for its energizing anti-aging effects. At age 86 I can certainly use those two aspects. I have used it in capsules in the past, but the liquid is more quickly absorbed. Who knew this supplement could be obtained from WalMart? I'm pleasantly surprised. P.S., you don't have to be old to get benefits from this product. I give it to me 54 y.o. special needs child and wish it had been available 50 years ago.

I've been taking NAD + for one month and it has CHANGED MY LIFE!! The massive increase in energy , motivation, and discipline alone—has been SO MUCH FUN!!! I feel better, look better, and I'm so much healthier. My back and neck pain have disappeared, and my cardiovascular age (on my Oura ring) has gone to 2.5 years younger than my real age (50). (Not to mention an overall improvement in all my scores) I have also dropped a few pounds without even trying. I've started sleeping like a DREAM—getting in the adequate amounts of Deep sleep and REM sleep—which makes waking up so much more REFRESHING and EXCITING!! Like, WHAT SHALL I ACCOMPLISH TODAY!! You gotta try it to believe it!!! IYKYK. ????
