It's a thick high-quality rug--a great bargain for the price. It sheds a lot initially. The color is a few shades lighter than what appeared on-line.

This makes my living room look way more beautiful, and it feels so good to walk on. (It's shedding a ton, but that will pass, as I've owned many wool rugs in the past.)
