The Best Oatmeal!
Arrowhead Mills is my preferred Steel Cut Oats above all others. It can be hard to find in local stores, but thankfully Swanson carries it. Delicious breakfast and great value. I like to soak it overnight in the refrigerator with water and almond milk so it cooks faster and tastes even better. Buy in bulk!

Great Fine
I was so delighted to see that Swanson carries Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Steel Oats. The local store I was purchasing it from stop carrying it. As a suggestion, I make two servings, add raisins and when it is finished before dividing it into two dishes I add a little coconut oil. The next morning all I have to do it heat it up in the microwave. Just love this product. Thank you Swanson!

Healthy safe food
The first fact and most important is organic. It is difficult to find organic oats. So important for our environment. Second I am gluten sensitive. Gluten free is more readily available but in foods that in our best health. This product is not only tasty but actually good safe food.
