Directions
Dosage
At the first sign of symptoms: Adults and children 4 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Standard dosage: Adults and children 4 years and older: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. For children under 4, consult your health professional. Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow.
Instructions
Adults and Children Above 6 Years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and Children to 6 Years: 1/2 the adult dosage.

I think these product is safe for persons with high blood pressure who suffer from sinus congestion and to rather than products with Common drug ingredients in sinus otc products that raise blood pressure. In general, pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine should not be used together. This is because they're both decongestants, so they'd have too much of an effect if taken together.
