Lid is warped

First off this crockpot is absolutely beautiful which makes making the review so hard. The lid seems to be too small for the pot. So it wiggles ALOT. It's also off balance when I try to center it. Like I said makes me so sad to return it but it, I'll buy another one

Not the best quality

This sage green crockpot is beautiful, but also feels very cheaply made. It tends to run hotter than my original crock pot brand crock pot. The knob for this is a flimsy plastic and fell off almost immediately (you can just pop it back on, so it's not a major issue) and as other reviews have noted, the ink on the letters on the knob wear off over time. I have had to write L, H, W with a sharpie to be able to tell what the settings are. For looks, this crockpot gets a 5/5. But since it's very cheaply made, 2/5.

Buyer beware!!!

I bought two. Heard a loud pop when using the first one. I returned it because the insert cracked. Used the 2nd one and 3rd(from the return) and they all cracked. Not sure if the defect is the insert or if the heating element gets too hot. I have now had a total of 3 that did the exact same thing and aren’t usable. Contacted the company with no response. Defective item for sure!!!
