A Piece of Crap

River Colony Trading is the 3rd party company that sells for Walmart, Bestbuy, Amazon. I have ordered this and waited for it to come in way before Christmas for my son. I have sent back 4 of them because the light globe on the right hand side is always broke. The last one I got the little light was glued outside the globe. To get a refund you have to ship it back and they will refund approx. 3 weeks after they receive the item, then it takes 4-7 business days to credit. So far am waiting for $300.00 to be credited back. While I also wait for 5th lamp to be delivered.

What a let down

I'd give it one start if I could… I played a circle game with this company when asking nicely for a refund after a damaged toy arrived that I got for a birthday gift, it was expensive .. I sent them pics of it and the code… more than 3 times!! And have gotten no where!! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, I have yet to get a refund .. don't order from this company
