McKesson's cleanroom wipes are appropriate for critical areas, up to and including an ISO class 5 cleanroom environment. Cleanrooms are isolated spaces with a low level of airborne particles. These rooms are frequently cleaned and well controlled. The disposable wipes were sterile gamma irradiated at a 10-6 sterility assurance level. This means any microorganisms that may have been living on the wipes were killed. Constructed of an extremely low-linting polyester and cellulose blend (55% poly, 45% cellulose), these cleanroom wipes feature maximum absorbencies of 20 to 25 mL. Each white wipe measures 9 inches x 9 inches.
