Irish Shamrock Suit

The size is completely off, like four sizes smaller than what I ordered. I ordered XL and I couldn't even get my arm into the sleeve let alone the rest of my body. Liked the jacket just too bad your sizes are really off. Also, I now am trying to return the item without any luck. Walmart Store won't take it back and I can't find out where to send it.
