Excellent Customer Service Great Product

Purchased 2 for our 6 and 8 year old boys, they have been in them a month with no complaints. The mattresses are firm but comfortable. I have an annoyingly sensitive sense of smell and was worried about other reviews that indicated they had problems with this. We planned to air them out for a week before using. There was zero smell out of the box. The mattresses fluffed up as one would expect. We noticed a small error in the stitching on both, not major but we were not happy. Customer service was very prompt in handling our concerns and answering our questions via email and phone, they made everything right. Excellent, excellent communication, it was so refreshing! We will not hesitate to order again and again. We are very happy this product exists!

Love these mattresses!

We have the twin size for our 4 other children and upgraded our oldest son to the full recently and are so happy we did. The peace of mind knowing they're sleeping on non-toxic fabrics is SUCH a gift. We shouldn't have to fight this hard to protect our babies from toxins, but since we do I'm so thankful to have Naturepedic. It's all we've used for mattresses for YEARS!!

Easy packing and unpacking. the smell disappears quickly. Bought for a child, who sleeps much better in this than on previous mattress. it is soft, and it breathes, and it is firm. Good sleep is being experienced.
