i have HS and it gets painful and its been a battle to get the inflammation down on my skin and menopause and my panic disorder makes everything worse and in my research to help with healing my skin neem oil kept coming up but i couldn't find any and when i seen it just browsing for groceries i had to try it and it is everything they say....it does have a strong smell but a few of some other essential oils and carrier oils that my skin needs and it blends well and i wish i had this stuff years ago...it works very well and fast and i also got sone of my other oils from thus company and i have no complaints at all....life saver
