received wrong item and they don't respond!

ordered seahawks tree skirt for Xmas gift but received Chicago bears. won't allow a return at Walmart so I contacted seller and sent messages with no response and no help from Walmart either. the store said some items you must go through seller for returns.they contacted seller on my behalf and still no response. so now stuck with the wrong tree skirt and will never order from them again. horrible customer service if they won't even respond! make sure things can be reformed before ordering from Walmart!
