I always buy Farberware baking products. I love this cake pan with a lid. Unlike some brands this one has handles so it is easy to lift it out of the oven when the pan is hot. You must use oven mitts or pot holders, of course. The plastic lid is ideal for storing the left over cake in the fridge or taking it to a party. This pan can also be used to store carrots and celery if your vegetable bin is full. I plan to buy another one just for that very purpose.
