Benefect Botanical Disinfectant is ideal for use in situations where hospital-grade disinfection is required, but a biobased solution is desired. Typical disinfectants require rinsing or wiping after 10 minutes of contact time. Benefect Botanical Disinfectant effectively kills over 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, and mold by simply applying and air drying. It is tuberculocidal, bactericidal against Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), MRSA, Salmonella enterica, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and virucidal against HIV-1 on hard, non-porous, inanimate surfaces. Effectively eliminates odors produced by odor-causing bacteria, fungi and other odor-causing organisms on concrete, wood framing and studding, trim and subfloors. No mixing or diluting required.
