I absolutely love my recently purchased reformer. I purchased it the middle Feb 2025. I've been on it everyday, taking a one day rest day each week. That is even hard to do. The motion of the machine gave a slight vertigo feeling on day 2 of using it. Make sure to prop the head rest into the up position and not flat. I see myself using this more than any of our other piece of work out equipment. Easy on the joints, back & neck.
