Does seem to work for anxiety

I have been having anxiety and it gets worst during early morning. I take one at night and one when I wakeup at about 4am and in the morning most of my anxiety symptoms are alleviated until about 8am. So I think the highly effective period for anxiety is probably about 4 hours. I have also been taking curcumin and saffron but this seems to work better for anxiety.

Great product

I have been taking ashwagandha last 2-3 month. Being honest I got positive results. Main reason was I wanted to take this supplement because ashwagandha is natural T level booster, increase sleep hours, increase GH and stress reduction. Actually it worked pretty good to me. My sleep hours gotten better than before. I can tell my energy level is better. It's better to take 2-3 capsules twice a day which I'm doing that now. Because dosage is too low. Try it, if it doesn't work you can return it back to the store without any questions. I'm not advertising this product. I'm just writing my honest results.

Improved Alertness and endurance

It is been three months since I have started using it. After one week of it's use I observed that I was able to walk long distances with out getting tired, I was active and alert. I was calm and happy to talk with people and family. I not only completed my work/ task but went an extra mile. I finished my pending stuff. Then I realised that Hey Man, is that me. It is an amazing stuff. I did not notice any side effects. I am only using 475mg a day. I take it after my breakfast and it keeps me running throughout the day.
