Self Adhesive Heat Pad

This is a great product that lasts up to 12 hours and when it quits working the heating gel turns into a rock like substance and no longer heats. The pads are air activated you just peel off the backing and stick right on your clothes. No need to put it on the skin and it is made to be adhered to your clothing. You will feel the warmth within a few minutes. You can feel the warmth just fine through the clothing and it heats up to 113 degrees. I received a box that contained 15 heat pads and I could not wait to try one out on my lower back. Even though the lower back is not one of the target area's this product is made for it worked fine and alleviated my back pain as long as my clothing was tight enough to keep the pad attached to my clothes & close to my body. So you don't want loose fitting, sagging or clothes that hang on you. You need to keep it close to the body to feel the heat. This product target area's are the Back, Shoulder, Arm, Leg, & Knee. I would recommend this product to anyone with sore aching muscles and these are package for on the go to. I think I will wear one of these to bed tonight for my lower back and see how I feel in the morning. Writing this review makes me want to wear one. Good Product Sunny Bay
