Party, Foil Letter Balloons

Instructions:

1. This balloon seals itself.  Insert straw 1/2in into balloon neck.
2. Blow into straw to inflat balloon.
3. When fully inflated, simply remove straw.
4. hang with twine or non-metallic ribbon if desired.
