Disappointed
Ive always thought Hot Tools makes a quality product. My opinion is beginning to change. My biggest complaint on this latest purchase is the temperature dial is very loose, therefore I constantly have to check it to ensure its not to hot or cool. I have another curling iron with a larger barrel and the temperature dial is not to loose.
