Way too expensive for the quality.

it's pretty cute but very cheap quality for the price. don't pay more than $30 for this. one shoulder was sewn tighter than the other and wouldn't stay up so i had to rip the seams and resew. it's not full tulle under the skirt... it's a costume, if course they aren't great. It would be fine if it weren't priced so high.
