I am devastated this boot has been worn only for 3.5 months

Lucky is my FAVE brand when it comes to boots, really shoes in general. I currently have 15-20 pairs of shoes, 80% boots, all leather and beautiful! These boots were my absolute favorite- however- the manufacturer defects are heart crushing!! Within 2.5 months of wearing them almost daily, the seem between the rubber and leather separated! Since then, the entire sole of that shoe has cracked and split almost the full length…. I LOVE THESE and am freaking sooo upset this is happening. Lucky!!! What happened here?? Can you fix this???

Very poor construction

I used these boots for one winter season, about two times a week. Took them out this year and the heal on one was squishing down and pushing out air (an annoying sound with every step as well). Spend your hard earned money elseware. These are fast fashion boots. I thought of these as an investment for long term use, not just one year. :(
