Horrible interfacing

Quality is terrible. I pre-soaked in warm tap water and hung to dry. Powdered glue started shedding immediately. I had white powder everywhere. When I tried to fuse it to my fabric, glue had gotten on the right side, so stuck all over my iron, which is not ruined.
