Works perfectly

I bought this to recover some files after we dropped a laptop on the power connector and shorted out the motherboard. The drive from the dropped computer turned out to be ok and I was able to recover all my files thanks to this enclosure. Thank you Startech!

Competent enclosure

I've been running VM's from noname USB-3 drives, with indifferent results. I finally decided to get a capable USB-3 enclosure and the Startech fills the bill. I'm seeing much better response times from the virtual machines I need to run.
