Previously I have always built my machines but this time around I wanted a laptop, and this machine was exactly what I was looking for. The first unit arrived quickly and unfortunately was dead on arrival. The replacement unit also arrived fast and in the middle of upgrades provided me a blue screen of death that could not be repaired instantly. Within a click away of asking for a complete and total refund I contacted support and was provided a recovery disk and began restoring the machine to its original state. Whatever happened before, did not happen again and I have been using this for a few weeks now. Very happy customer and looking forward to building a relationship with Lenovo.
