Unhappy, it didnt fit, couldnt return

Purchased and it was too small and wouldn't fit. I watched the video in the sizes BUT THEY ARE ESTIMATES NIT ACTUALS! I tried but couldnt return it due to it not being from Walmart but a vendor who uses Walmarts platform to sell their products so I didnt knkw Walmart wouldnt return it
