Shipped incorrect model
Walmart shipped me the incorrect product. They said a refund would be issued but I requested for the correct item to be sent instead. Walmart said they don't stand by their incorrect shipping that corrects the mistake. They said that's just too bad I was shipped the wrong product. Walmart said I had to reorder the product on their site, pay the new price it was listed at and they would give me 10 dollars off....! The new price was no longer 50 dollars.... The new price was now 160 dollars.......! So much for "customer service"!! Here's a company that doesn't stand by and follow thru with making their customers happy after they screwed things up. Very disappointed with their lack of honor and integrity. Hey, Happy Thanksgiving Walmart, I'm so thankful for your dishonoring of orders that are done correctly and preferring to have customers pay multiple times the price to gain more profit and zero customer satisfaction! Bravo, success!!

Wrong item sent! Same as the other reviews, ordered Star Trek Enterprise model, received Richard Petty 1973 Dodge Charger Model. Packing list even refers to car model. Now I have to take time to repack and send the item back at a Fedex location. Something is significantly wrong, and and now I am inconvenienced. Multiple customers with same situation Very disappointed!

Advertised a 1:350 TOS Star Trek Enterprise model kit. shipped a car model kit. Shipping dimensions were questionable. I asked via message and was assured correct kit was shipped. I had to go through return process for a full refund. Im sure the model I hoped to receive is amazing. Dont know yet as we have not obtained the actual kit from any seller at the time of this review.
