Slightly damaged, no help from Real Truck

This item looks great, installation was straight forward with the right tools. However, the instructions are worthless, use as scrap paper. Also, it was missing some nuts that were required for installation. Finally, there was a damaged screw attaching the headlight cover. Shipped with lots of extra bolts and nuts that don't seem to have any purpose. Real Truck customer service was very nice on the phone but it's been a few weeks and haven't gotten any help whatsoever on the damaged part.
