So far the best printing purchase I've made!
I've gone through 5 laser printers before this one, this unit is worth every penny! I haven't had a single problem (other than forgetting my password but Oki customer service helped fix that and speaking of customer service... it's TOP NOTCH!!!) I've printed over 30,000 pages, most in duplex mode and haven't had one glitch (knock on wood!). It has so many features, most of which I don't use or even understand how to use. I love it's wireless printing capabilities and networking feature. The only plans I have for it are to get the additional paper tray and the memory upgrade (although I really don't need the memory except there are many times I'm trying to print at the same time my daughter is trying to print... she's a graphic design artist so her prints are extremely high quality that eats available memory! Of course she has an Epson Professional printer but runs her rough drafts through the Oki). I love this printer and can't say enough good things about it. I would recommend this to anyone needing a high volume great quality printer with advanced features, especially if they wanted to network it and use the wireless features. HOWEVER... it does not support the Apple Air Print feature, at least I haven't been able to get it to. GREAT PRINTER!
