Would rate a 0 if that were and option

The item arrived with a battery that was 100% dead and would not recharge. We left it on the charging stand 48 hours. It still had 0 charge. We called Snom tech support and learned that the M9R-1 was last manufactured in 2016 and the company no longer supported or warrantied it. Now in the process of returning to Walmart.
