Customers who have the technological understanding are growing in number and these customers prefer a distribution system that is based on information technology. Response to this need of customers with traditional banking systems is relatively expensive. Thus, getting the appropriate technology is essential to remain in the market for banks. E-banking provides numbers of opportunities for the banks and customers in the way they organize the financial product development, delivery channel, costs and marketing.
