It comes in 4 boxes. One was delayed it's completely understandable since they are big and heavy. Customer service was amazing . Assembly was on point. Quick pointers guys we used the $12 concrete blocks footing from HD and anchored and secured the footings. Added height and security. It's absolutely beautiful

Nightmare

This is an absolute nightmare to put together. We are on day 2, and we hired our landscaper to help. It may be great once finished, but I wouldn't recommend anybody have to do this. Hundreds of pieces and awful instructions. And we assemble sheds and other things, so it's not like this is the first time we've assembled anything. We think The roof is 10x12, but the actual base is 10x10. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star, is because I'm hoping once this is complete, it will be nice.
