X press workouts

Great choice for those with limited time. Video not hc quality. Wmart had best price, guess you get what you pay for, took their time shipping and the box with all the videos came damaged, good thing the DVDs were in their own cases.

I Don't Need to be Rock Hard

I'm 61 and this would have been a great workout for me 20 years ago. But with the ten minute segments I can pick the sessions that I can modify to my age/weight and bum ankle after tearing a ligament five years ago. Surely there is a market for videos for us old folks who want to be healthy and flexible and drop all these perfect bodied young women for "rock hard" abs and tight buns.
