I received the incorrect support on my first try to get this product but on 2nd try w online order I have the ones i wanted w a firm built in support under my foot arch that has flattened. These csn be worn inside a shoe or with socks or or barefoot %26 allow adjustable support so if its too tight or loose easy to velcro chg it. I worked 40 years on my feet as a nurse %26 find these very helpful if i consistently use. I esp. like to use at home barefoot with them on %26 find less discomfort after wearing. I have handwashed in soapy water %26 dried on a towel w good results as saw no directions regarding cleaning. Holding up well at 6mos of wear. Much easier to get the box u want in person but ordered on line %26 dud not like the elastic one without velcro that asks as one size fits all.
