Well built tree stand

We are very happy with the tree stand. It is built better than the stand that came with the tree originally. The shipping was quick and we are very satisfied.

Fair product and poor delivery

The tree stand supports the very large artificial tree, but the legs of the stand do not have a locking feature to keep the legs in place once the stand is together. This a flaw of the design. I paid to have two-day expedited delivery. I was sent a confirmation of delivery on a Friday, fulfilling my delivery expectations. Unfortunately, shortly after, I received an email that my delivery would be delayed and not delivered until Monday. I reached out to FedEx who directed me back to the company. I completed a ticket for service seeking my additional shipping fee be refunded and never received my money back. If you need your item delivered in a timely manner and pay extra to have it done so, please don't expect your wishes to be met or customer service to help you get refunds.
